Privacy Policy

Effective date: 09/01/2026

iASPIREU GLOBAL LLC, operating as iASPIREU GLOBAL ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website, inquiry and booking forms, subscriptions, communications, and direct business relationships.

This policy covers information we handle for our own business. Information processed solely on behalf of a client is subject to that client's privacy notice and our agreement with that client. Additional product or service notices may supplement this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: Your name, email address, phone number, business name, role, website, and other contact information; inquiry and discovery-call responses, including goals, challenges, budget, and preferences; messages, support requests, and materials you choose to submit; and billing or transaction information when you purchase services.

Communication and consent records: Your messaging preferences, SMS opt-in and opt-out records, consent wording, dates, signup sources, and related communications. These records help us document and honor your choices.

Technical information: Our website and service providers may collect IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers. Section 5 describes the website's tracking practices.

We obtain information directly from you, automatically through your interactions, and from representatives or service providers involved in your request or service. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through general website forms or text messages.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; schedule and manage appointments; prepare proposals; deliver and support services; administer client relationships and payments; send requested communications; maintain consent and suppression records; improve website functionality; protect against fraud and misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We also use information to send the email updates you request and, with the appropriate separate consent, the SMS messages described at signup. We do not treat an email subscription or a booking as permission for recurring marketing texts.

3. How we disclose information

Service providers: We may disclose information to vendors and authorized contractors that help us operate our business, including website hosting, CRM, scheduling, email and text delivery, customer support, payment processing, and technology services. Information is provided for the work they perform for us, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-use restrictions.

Legal and professional purposes: We may disclose information to professional advisers or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or resolve disputes.

At your direction: We may disclose information when you specifically request or authorize it. These general disclosures do not authorize third-party use of SMS opt-in information. The restrictions in Section 4 apply to mobile information and messaging consent.

4. Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer SMS subscriber lists or consent to another business. A person's permission to receive messages from iASPIREU Global is not permission for another business to contact them.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

For this SMS provision, contracted text-message delivery and support vendors acting solely on our behalf are service providers, not independent third-party recipients. They may process only the information needed to operate and support our messaging program, and may not use it for their own marketing. Legally required disclosures remain subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

Cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies can support website operation, security, preferences, and embedded forms, calendars, or chat features. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking some technologies may affect website functionality.

[COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLICATION: Identify the cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, and other tracking actually enabled; what information they collect and why; whether providers collect information across other websites; whether information is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising; available cookie/opt-out controls; and the website's actual response to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. State explicitly when a practice does not occur. Remove this instruction after inserting the verified disclosure.]

6. Communication choices

Email: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary, non-promotional communications about an existing appointment, account, or service.

Text messages: Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. Reply HELP for messaging assistance, or email [email protected]. You may also contact us to withdraw SMS consent or report an unwanted message. We maintain appropriate suppression records to honor your request. Additional details appear in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on the nature of an inquiry, the duration of a client relationship, accounting and legal requirements, dispute needs, and security considerations. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted communications. A deletion request may therefore be subject to lawful retention exceptions.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We are based in the United States. Authorized team members and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, we use the required safeguards.

9. Privacy requests and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, opt out of certain uses or disclosures, or complain to a regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Send requests to [email protected], or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative's authority where appropriate. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful exception that prevents us from fulfilling a request.

10. Children and third-party services

Our business services and SMS program are intended for adults. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

External websites and services that you choose to use may have their own privacy policies. This policy does not govern their independent collection or use of information.

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or requirements. We will post the updated policy and effective date on this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a website notice or email, as appropriate and as required by law. A policy update does not expand your SMS consent.
